Black Hat USA 2017 Releases Full Schedule for 20th Annual Event

Black Hat, the world’s leading producer of information security events, has officially announced its full schedule for Black Hat USA 2017.

Returning to Las Vegas for its 20th year, Black Hat USA will deliver programming dedicated to the very latest information security research, development and trends – covering everything from mobile hacking and critical smart grid flaws, to applied security and the truth about machine learning. The event will kick off with four days of in-depth Trainings, followed by nearly 120 Briefings hand selected by the Black Hat Review Board, which is comprised of the industry’s most credible and distinguished security professionals and thought leaders.

Black Hat Keynote (Wednesday, July 26)
Alex Stamos, Facebook CSO and work-renowned InfoSec expert, will present, Stepping up our game: Re-focusing the security community on defense and making security work for everyone. Stamos is a widely-respected veteran of the security industry – having previously served as Yahoo’s VP of Information Security and founder of iSEC Partners and Artemis. Over recent years, Stamos has been a dedicated advocate for privacy, famously making headlines in 2014 by publicly criticizing the NSA for its surveillance tactics.
